Once order has been received, the customer will have the option to cancel the item up until the item has shipped. Once item has transferred possession to the carrier for shipment, the option to cancel will no longer be available. From that moment, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
In the event the item(s) are damaged through transit, meadowlark64 will attempt to exchange the item whenever possible. Customer will be required to contact (insert email address) within 48 hours of receipt of item as evidenced through accompanying tracking information. Take photos of the package and the damaged contents. Any items that have been used or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a return and/or refund. Some damaged items may receive a return mailing label when applicable. In most cases, customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunded or repaired items shall be determined at the sole discretion of meadowlark64. Repaired items, when applicable, will be given a custom turn around time depending on the severity of the repair. This information to be communicated to the customer prior to initiation of the repair.
For refunds, one can expect to receive a refund within four weeks of giving said package to the return shipper; however, one could receive their money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process said return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes ones’ bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
