Shipping Policy

Meadowlark64 will ship all in-stock items once payment has been received. Orders received before 12 p.m. Mountain Time (Monday - Friday) are typically filled within 24-48 hours. We do not ship on Saturday’s or Sunday’s. In the event you order an item not in stock, we will notify you immediately and provide you either with a restock date or the option to cancel the order. 

 
Meadowlark64 will be unable to guarantee arrival dates or shipping schedules once item has been scanned and in possession of the selected parcel carrier. Please note, weather conditions and other uncontrolled variables may sometimes impact the arrival of your parcel. The moment your item ships from our facility, we will email you the accompanying parcel tracking number. Please note, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address.
 
Meadowlark64 will use either use UPS Ground Delivery or USPS Priority Mail as our preferred shipping carriers. Meadowlark64 is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. We ship all packages responsibly and discreetly. All of our packages will be packaged in either a USPS priority mail box or a nondescript brown cardboard box. When applicable, we may require carrier to indicate the fragile nature of the parcel with either a FRAGILE or FRAGILE GLASS sticker/stamp.
 
It is strongly recommended that the delivery address is that of a secure location with someone over 18 years of age readily available to sign for the parcel when applicable. We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only. COD shipments are not accepted.
 
Most U.S. based shipments are permitted. Unfortunately, we can not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally at this time.
